Financial and Security Services

Health and life insurance are included as part of the monthly dues. The corporation also maintains emergency and upgrade funds to protect and enhance the owner-members' investment.

 

Housing and Amenities

Each owner-member has a private bedroom with a dedicated bathroom and a small freezer. Common areas include a cafeteria, laundry facilities, a gym, a game room, an event space, and a co-working space with high-speed fiber internet. The corporation also offers guest suites for visiting friends and family

 

  Sustainable Practices

The corporation is committed to sustainability through the use of an urban farm or garden for fresh produce and an anaerobic digester that converts waste into fertilizer, creating a closed-loop system.  

 

Community and Lifestyle  

The facility promotes a vibrant community with regular social events, shared activities, and open communication. To support personal growth, there are learning and development workshops. The community is also pet-friendly and includes childcare and youth programs

 

  Work and Compensation  

Owner-members have the opportunity to work as staff (e.g., cook, maintenance) to offset their monthly dues, effectively lowering their living costs   

 

 Bed and Breakfast

 Owner-member can opt to instead let building management to use the room as bed and breakfast. Revenue is divided among the Owner-member that opt for this option.
